I made two of these cards: One for my mom-she had a double knee replacement the summer before I got married; and One for a friend of the family that recently had back surgery.
On a funny note: when my dad saw the card, he said it must have been a mistake, that's why I sent it to my mom. He didn't "get" the fact that the turtle was supposed to be upside down! LOL
The turtle is from Walk In My Garden and all the paper is DCWV. I'm not sure about the sizes, though. Sorry!
